No sound when joining any multiplayer session

Hello. I am having sound issues whenever I join any multiplayer lobby. It cuts out completely. Ive tried everything and can't find any solutions. Anyone have any idea why? It didn't do this until yesterday.

Are you running something like Discord in the back ground?

No nothing else is running. I’m now having the same problem with Elden Ring.

I'm now having this problem with Monster Hunter Rise and Mercenary Kings. I didn't have this problem a week or two ago. Something must have changed.

Can you please go into desktop mode and verify that both the volume of Echo-Cancel-Sink is at 100% and that it is not muted. Then adjust speaker volume to preference and sound should be back in situations that poll the mic such as multiplayer games.

Can confirm, the echo-cancel-sink issue is what resolved it. However, this setting still occasionally mutes itself. Anybody know why?
