Ordered, got tracking but info says its in transit back to carol stream.

I contacted the headquarters of ingram micro, the people shipping the package out of carol stream, I gotta wait till monday for when they are open but left them messages and will be filling a police report to figure out where my package is. Also upper management will be there and someone will be fired. Just wanted to let you guys know, this is how you get things done.

Bad address, not home, messed up label, etc.

I had the same happen with an expensive statue. Label got messed up and it randomly got sent back.

He's saying the police won't track your package down. They will barely do everything over a stolen package outside of what the carrier does.

So far what I did, file a claim, contacted ethicspoint and filed a claim. I also contacted the headquarters of the facility to only be told that its closed on sundays and that I would have to call monday. The bosses of there boss will be looking into this.

what you dont get is that ethics point is there branch managers, and they will look into this. Meaning they will see who had it last and that guy will be fired by his boss. Like when you go through channels like this, i am not talking to these guyses supervisors, I am talking to the blue collard guys next to HR.
