Mic monitoring/sidetone

Hey everyone I just recently got a steam deck and am wondering if there is anyway to set up mic monitoring or sidetone? I can't stand not hearing myself when using my headset.. any help would be appreciated even if it's headsets that have built in sidetone into their hardware.
