Missing downloaded files
Some games say that they cannot start because of missing downloaded files. I have seen posts about it online that solved it taking out and reinstalling the sd card that i dont have. I tried to verify the files of the game and does not find anything missing. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but it does not fix the problem.

Any ideas?

I have tried your way of verifying and everything was perfect. So I tried the way of deleting files in desktop and still says that al files verified. So I tried to uninstall for reinstalling but it says that it is not possible to uninstall because there are some shared files missing...

Now I am completely lost

Can you post the 'exact' error you get when you launch a game (or a screenshot)?

I don't know how to upload screenshots so:

Dome Keeper
An error occurred while launching this game: Missing downloaded files

If I verify files from the game it says:

0 files failed to validate and will be reacquired

And if I try to verify sniper:

All 8100 files successfully validated

Even though I have tried the trick of erase the proton9 file from desktop

I just found that 2.0 soldier in the downloads page says:

Missing downloaded files

But it won't download them even if I force to retry. If I search for it it cannot resume because of those missing files but doesn't find a problem when I try to verify files

If you want to try what the other person did in that thread, do this:

* Go to Desktop Mode
* Open Steam and go to Library
* In the little search box on the left, use the virtual keyboard and type in what you are looking for. If that is Soldier 2.0, then type that in.
* Look in the results for your target item and select it
* Once selected, click on the "Manage" cog, and then select "Manage" in the dropdown
* Next, select "Browse Local files". This will open up the Dolphin File browser to the location of the install.

It part of the link above. Delete the files, then tell Steam to re-verify the files which will now download new files.
