New Deck - Charging issues

Hey there!

To keep it short, my Deck just arrived tonight (512 GB LCD variant) and I already have massive issues charging it, the percentage doesn't go up at all while the calculated charging time seems to be bugged as it only shows question marks.
When I turn it off, the status LED keeps on for like 20 secs 'til it turns off, like it still charged for a few secs.
Also, when I enter the Energy tab in Info Center on Desktop, it only shows "Charge State: Charging" for like a minute when I re-plug the cable, then it disappears. When I unplug it, it turns to State: Discharging, as it (should) supposed to be.

What I've tried so far:

- Factory Reset
- Forced Reboot
- entered battery storage mode
- switched outlets, cables, adapters, ...

The only thing that had any impact at all was when I let the battery die. When I plugged it in it charged up to 5%, went into Tetris Effect for a few mins to check if I can play anything at all, now it remains at 6% with above mentioned indicators.

Does anyone what I could try next, or should I just return it as the battery seems to be f-ed?

I'd recommend logging a ticket to Valve.
