My steam deck reservation got refunded?
15 mins ago I got an email stating that my steam deck reservation has been refunded. I’ve had my reservation for over a year, and have been checking every day. At no point was I offered a purchase window and I didnt get any email for one either.

The cancellation email notification is legit.

Did this just happen to anyone else? What happened? Will this be rectified?

Hello, sorry for the double thread I thought it said I couldnt post here without actually owning a deck. I have contacted support and am waiting for reply

Same thing happened to me, they will send you another link to complete the purchase.
