Open Steam menu / Quick menu from external keyboard

Is there a keyboard shortcut or other way to open the Steam menu or quick settings menu from an external keyboard? I haven't found a way besides using the deck controls or an extra controller.

How have you managed to open that from an external controller?

the steam menu pops up with some but I have yet to see one that can open the QAM.

It is on my to-do list of stuff to figure out how to do. (binding the QAM to controllers)

The Steam menu opens on a controller with the Home / Xbox / logo button, and the QAM opens with Home+A (or Home+B on a Nintendo-style layout). I just haven't been able to figure out how to open either one from the keyboard.

CTRL+1 for left menu and CTRL+2 for right menu.

CTRL-1 and CTRL-2 doesn't seem to work in game (at least not in dolphin). Only way for me to open the Steam menu is to either press the Steam button (my deck is mounted behind my tv) or start my Xbox controller and press Xbox button. I'm using a IR remote with Flirc but that's the only I can't have fully working, opening the Steam menu from a game.
