Loud Hissing coming from Deck Speakers

About a week ago, a sharp hiss/whine sound started coming from my OLED deck's speakers. I've found the noise gets noticeably louder under heavy load, so I wonder if its some kind of EMI issue. I also have the more common issue where the 3.5mm jack is really noisy and there's lots of crackling from all audio sources.

There's not much info on deck speaker troubleshooting and nothing I've tried so far has helped. I can still RMA it, but hopefully someone here has dealt with this :)

You know what happens under heavy load? The fan starts hissing and can be heard from every hole.
