Steam deck charger replacement?
ok so i have seem to lost my charger (still looking for it) and i'm wondering if valve can offer a replacement can they? and if so how? does anyone did this before?

You could contact support and ask? The worst thing that could happen is they say no. If you're not able to find it or get a replacement, you can buy any 45w adapter and it will work.

pretty obvious, if i told about my charger i lost they might told me that they don't do replacement or something like that

Lost components would fall under "user negligence" and I suspect it's generally quite rare for companies to replace significant components free of charge unless it's their fault.

Good news though, it's just a bog standard 45W USB C charger. Hell, I haven't used the bundled charger since I got my Deck years ago. I typically charge it from my Macbook charger.

He is more or less saying that you won't get free replacement and if you want the original one you will have to buy it from ifixit.

just a quick one but i manage to find my deck charger which is a good relief but i need to be very careful not to lose it, otherwise it'll force me to replace it
