Steam Deck Windows Audio Driver Issue

So a few months ago I installed the audio drivers for windows 10 that allowed you to use the headphone jack but the speakers weren't supported yet.

Today I saw their was another audio driver update (I assumed included the speaker) which I downloaded. It had three files, two of which looked like they were included in the previous update. So I installed the new file and after that my speakers on my steam deck still didn't work on windows 10. I then tried installing the original two files too but still nothing. The audio jack will work with headphones as before.

Anyone know what is going on here?
