Epic Games Launcher Preventing Steam Deck from Turning OFF Display while Download
I've noticed that when using the "display off" feature on Windows 11 (pressing the power button to turn off the display temporarily without putting the Steam Deck to sleep), the Epic Games Launcher seems to keep the Steam Deck awake during downloads. This behaviour prevents the device from entering a low-power state, which can be inconvenient for extended download sessions. Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions or workarounds?

Figured out a way, if you install heroic launcher and download epic games through that.. you can turn the display off or it will automatically after desired minutes if you have set it in the power option.

why don't you ask this in the epic forum or in the ms forum... but in the steam forum and valve officially only supports linux for the steam deck.
