Steam Support for the Steam Deck Appreciation Post

Since there's no real way of saying thank you when you close a request to all those who wrote support messages for you, I wanted to write something here. Just to say just how great the steam support we have are, especially for the steam deck.

I had no quibbles from Valve when I had to RMA a steam deck over a year ago now due to what we think was a GPU hardware fault. Today when I've had issues with software - being unable to update or even factory reset, the support team got back within the hour. ONE HOUR! but that's just the start, they then went on to provide more help to each of my responses within the hour for BOTH of the other two stages. It's unbelievably good <3

I've had options upon options provided to help tease out every last resort to bring life back to this lil' machine... and it's worked.
