Minecraft via Prism Launcher with shaders

Is anyone running minecraft with shaders on steam deck?

I was able to do something like that at one point. Java Edition only, to my knowledge Bedrock Edition won’t work on Deck, so I can’t play with my family online. :/

Yes, Java edition. It runs very well on Steam Deck. I've played with my kids on PCs by getting them to install Prism launcher. They've had either laptops or mini PCs, which don't have the horsepower to do shaders. But the Steam Deck does. The Prism/Iris setup is well-suited to Steam Deck. At least, it was until recently. If I could find someone who's also doing this, I could either confirm that they're having the same problem, or if theirs works, I could mimic what they're doing. But it seems that no one else has tuned into shaders on Steam Deck.
