Black screen won't boot up , fan turns on and it beeps

Black screen won't boot up , fan turns on and it beeps

So here's what's going on.

The deck will not power on the display. It will beep and the fan will turn on if I press the power button. All I know is that it might have been sitting without a charge for a while and might have been low on charge for x amount of time.

It did allow me to turn on one time in the beginning but shut off on me I am guessing due to low battery. I plugged it to charge and left it over night and I have been trying for hours and it will not boot.

I've tried holding the power button for 10s , 30s. Volume + and -
Tried the ... Button
All these combinations and nothing

Went as far as unplugging the battery for 30s and plugged back in and the same thing.

I do not know what else to do please help

having same problem. also this is my 2nd deck, first one had to be returned, so this doesnt bode well.

I figured out the issue. You have to connect to deck to a monitor. Update it to the latest version. There might be multiple updates. After that shut off and power on and let it boot up. If you need help i can assist in some way . Got mine working

Tried to comnect it via usb-usbc and didnt work, maybe it has to be hdmi-usbc? Thanks for giving me hope

Yes get a USB c to HDMI adapter it should let you see on a tv or monitor
