Does the 3-5 business day estimate count the day of the order?

bought the steam deck around 1pm my time, and wanted to know if today counted as 1 of the estimated business days?
if not, would i have to wait till next week for it to arrive? since its business days and saturday and sundays are weekends
for context, I live in KS and ik the closest warehouse is in IL, and I know its only an estimate so it could take longer or shorter, but figured id ask anyway
