I guess I just wanna see if I can is all. Oh, btw, I did try some games in the past with a game like Pizza Tower being unable to run in 4K(which is part of why I got worried about it), so did you try to set the resolution for the games you played docked specifically to 4K in the game settings? Not the in-game settings, but like, the gear icon on the game's listing in your library,
I'm not sure you can over work the steam deck, as it's limited to 15 watts regardless of resolution. If you are playing on handled mode while docked, set the resolution in both the steam settings and game settings. I recommend using FSR to upscale to 4k. You can enable that system wide or on a per game basis. If the game has border less window mode, enable that and FSR should work.
