Only the 64GB and 512GB Steam Deck LCD models are.

i probably would have bought one if the oled versions would've been in sale, especially over 20% sale would've been a move to make me almost 100% surely buy one, but it might not be wise to give over 15% or 20% off.

Yeah, but sooner or later they are going to be on sale, especially if you consider the discounts from competitors products. It really doesn't make much sense to buy the OLED for the full price, if you can buy the ally or legion go at a fraction of the OLED price. Unless you absolutely want an OLED screen of course, that would be a valid point.
