I was trying to go from stable to preview to see if the issue with the screen staying off when undocking was resolved yet (it was not) and now I'm stuck with this error and can't get out of beta (preview kept reverting to beta).

Additionally, I can't update any games either. I've tried all the usual things you would expect:

Turning off my WiFi's 5GHz band

Turning off my WiFi's WiFi 6

Connecting to my phone's hotspot

Changing the date and time in the BIOS

Unplugging the charger

Plugging in a charger

Not using a dock

Using a dock

Switching to and from the beta channel

All to no avail. I did find another user on reddit having the same issue as of today, so hopefully it's just something server side? Is anyone else seeing this?

EDIT:

Games are updating now, but I'm still trapped in the beta channel.

EDIT 2:

For anyone else stuck with this issue after the update, I powered off my Deck, held the quick access button and powered it on, reverted to the previous stable firmware, then switched to destkop mode and ran the following to make it stick:

"sudo rauc status mark-active booted"

Sans quotation marks, of course. As with any advice you find on a forum, do so at your own risk, but it fixed my Deck right up.

I am currently experiencing the same issue and have already reimaged the Steamdeck but still having issues

Update: I got this resolved. I had to reimage my deck and reinstall the OS. Afterwards, I updated the DNS of the wifi connection in the steamdeck wifi settings to 9.9.9.9 and it worked afterwards.
