Shipping times? Been waiting nearly two weeks.

I ordered my 512 GB OLED Deck on May 2nd. It was in “label created” status to ship on May 6th… and then nothing. Hasn’t moved and no updates since. So it’s 12 days since I ordered and there’s no indication it’s been picked up by/dropped off to FedEx and I’m wondering what the heck is going on.

I’ve reached out to Steam support but so far was only told they’re checking with warehouse.

Is this a normal wait time? It doesn’t seem like it and I’m getting concerned something has gone wrong with the process.

Depends on where you live mostly.

Delivery is usually between 3-5 business days so i think you have some bad luck.

I'm in Colorado, in the US. I don't know what's going on. Steam support just told me they're checking with warehouse, but after over 24 hours, no new info.

At this point it's been ready to ship with label printed and in "label created" status now for 9 days. I'm giving them another week at most before I just cancel the order. I'm a bit upset about it because I fully expected to have the device by now, I ordered it at the beginning of the month.

Looks like it's getting sorted out. Package was lost in transit, but they're going to send a replacement. Waiting for it to process now. Props to Felix and Jheo with support.

So there is just a 600 dollar steam deck out there somewhere in limbo.

Glad you got it sorted though. I would have been a bit peaved myself. I got mine in like 6 days but it also stayed on the label created stage until it was delivered. They just never updated the shipment like they should have. We actually had a bunch of tornados hit around the time I ordered it which delayed the transit from Oklahoma city to my town. They didnt send out any deliveries for like 2 days. That kinda stuff happens quite often where I live so shipping delays are pretty common this time of year.

Never updated here, I did eventually get my Steam Deck, took between 3 and 4 weeks, but have been enjoying it the last 2+ weeks. Was definitely worth the wait.
