Steam Deck shipping stuck on “label created”
I ordered my refurbished Deck on April 23rd. I’ve been waiting to get one for a while now and finally felt good enough financially to splurge and spoil myself a little.

Anyway, the shipping label with FedEx didn’t get created until a few days later, I think the 26th, but the tracking hasn’t updated at all since then, still just stuck on “label created”.

I started a support request on the 2nd, they basically told me not to worry and that shipping takes 3-5 business days and that I should contact them if it takes longer than that. I told them, it is taking longer than that, that’s why I’m contacting you. Last Friday I heard something back about how they were trying to contact their warehouse people about it, but that they might not hear back until Monday.

Well, it’s Tuesday now and they still haven’t updated my ticket. Still no update from FedEx either.

I’m trying to stay patient but I’m getting pretty frustrated. From what I understand when tracking is still stuck on this step it means FedEx hasn’t even received the package yet. I just asked for another update on my ticket, so hopefully I get some good news today, but I’m feeling pretty disappointed right now. It’s been 2 weeks since I ordered and I don’t even know if it’s actually been shipped yet.

Has anyone else had an experience like this? How long did it end up taking? Was Steam support able to help you at all?

I don't believe that they meant "create a Steam Discussion" when they said to reach out to them. I would go through the initial process you first tried again.

I don’t believe you read the whole thing if you think I didn’t contact them directly. I’m posting to see if anyone’s had similar experiences so I can know what to expect.

I’ve seen people talk about long shipping times, but so far nothing specifically about what I described. seems like it hasn’t even been shipped. not sure if opening *another* support request would help since my first one is still open but I probably will if I don’t hear back by tomorrow.
