If it's an OLED Deck, you'll likely have to send it back to Valve for repair.

Also from what I've read the OLED screen is even easier to replace than the LCD screen. You don't even need to disassemble it.
Basically apply heat, use suction cups and plastic picks to carefully peel the display up on the unit. Then it's just a matter of unplugging the ribbon connector on the old screen, plugging in the new one and sticking it down after cleaning off the old adhesive.
