Does the Steam Deck come with a charger?
Yes, It sounds like a silly question, but so many companies now don't include chargers for their devices. My question is will the Steam Deck ship with a charger so I can recharge the battery without having to buy a new cable for the steam deck.

Yes it comes in the box. The power supply is listed in the tech specs, thus it comes with the device. It comes with the power supply, the thing that supplies power to charge the device.

45W USB Type-C PD3.0 power supply

You can also see it pictured, sitting behind the Deck, on the main page of the Stem Deck website.
