If you click through the various guides on the original Steam Deck, you will find parts linked to the repair guides. There do not seem to be any OLED parts available currently, though I'm not sure how many unique parts there are for the OLED vs the classic Deck.
I looked for the OLED screen, and the best I could find was the etched glass LCD, listed as the "512 GB" screen.
