Recalibration is done to fix incorrect battery percentages, some people experience random shutdowns or other weird behavior, so they recalibrate the battery chip by performing a full discharge and a full charge afterwards.
You have warranty - if the battery suddenly starts going downhill, you can always contact valve. But it won't.
There is no problem to fix. It is normal. Just use the Steam Deck normally for a few days going through regular charge cycles and it will calibrate itself.
Basically don’t worry about it
It's been there ever since.
