Resident Evil 4 Remake vertical black bars on Steam Deck OLED

I have a minor issue with the re4 remake on the OLED steam deck, where vertical black bars (not the thin horizontal ones common with other titles with similar aspect ratios) are visible. I don't know what is causing the issue. I noticed when I toggle the vsync in the display settings; it causes them to go away (they usually appear when vsync is set to on). It's not game-breaking by any means. I may have to restart the game on the deck to make them disappear. This is the only title on my deck with this issue that I know of, and I have played plenty of games on the deck. I haven't messed with any of the scaling options, either. Just testing out the game vanilla. If anyone has the RE4 remake, can you test this out? Is this a general software issue or Capcom?

Yeah, wishes I could post an image. That post referred to the lines where these bars condense the image into a 4:3 aspect ratio.

Nope, OP literally says "lines on the screen", not black bars on the sides.

My game run with full screen on desktop mode as I change it to gaming mode then it has black bar. Plz suggest the solution.
