Need help about steamcmd

Hello everyone, I want to create a dedicated server but stuck at this step :

Arch Linux
git clone https://aur.archlinux.org/steamcmd.git
cd steamcmd
makepkg -si

Following are the steps I have done

sudo pacman -Syy base-devel
:: Synchronizing package databases...
error: failed to synchronize all databases (unable to lock database)

makepkg -si
==> ERROR: Cannot find the fakeroot binary.

so i tried to install fake root but

sudo pacman -S fakeroot
error: failed to init transaction (unable to lock database)
error: could not lock database: Read-only file system

and then i have done this

sudo btrfs check --repair /dev/nvme0n1p5
Starting repair.
Opening filesystem to check...
ERROR: /dev/nvme0n1p5 is currently mounted, use --force if you really intend to check the filesystem

should I repair using unmount and safe? Or is it that Steamdeck can't create a dedicated server? thanks.
