Try any first-person shooter. Right T-Pad as mouse, check your preferences in the settings, and have fun.
You can probably do RTS games as well, but it's a little slow compared to using a mouse. With that, it won't work too well for a fast paced RTS. I tried one and the CPU rushed me because I was too slow getting my initial resources built.
The more you use it the more you'll get better using them.

I also like classic CRPGs on it too like Geneforge and the Baldur's Gate series. I just installed XCOM on there and it seems like a really good fit too. I imagine ARPGs would work fine too but I've only played ones that have controller support so far besides a little of Diablo via DevilutionX.
possibly even quicker than an actual mouse.
