Freezing after updated to 1TB SSD
I've installed 1TB M.2 2230 SSD NVMe PCIe, some games kept freezing, so I had to press and hold the power repeatedly. The result same. How I can stop Steam Deck from freezing?

What SSD model did you buy? Consumer SSD are not known for their reliability.

In addition to deaddoof's question, did you clone or reimage from scratch?

I got the 2tb Addlink 2230, swapped with the 512gb. Flashed a new Steam OS from SD card, after it wouldn't recognize multiple thumb drives.

I haven't had any issues. I also installed a copper heatsink under the stock ESD shield.:killdozer:

You should verify that the fan is operating properly, bc the cable can easily be damaged during disassembly/ reassembly.

From desktop mode you can run this command in Terminal to test the SSD;

sudo smartctl -t long -a /dev/nvme0n1

SMART stats without test;

sudo smartctl -a /dev/nvme0n1

You might have to set the sudo password, if you haven't already. Enter the default password first;

passwd

Note that your inputs won't show a dot or any characters when entering the password in Terminal.

How I can see the cable being cut?

From ifixit.com

During reassembly, ensure that the fan cable lays on the side of the board shield and isn't pinched underneath.

To test the fan all you have to do is play a game and turn the overlay on to 4. It will show you fan speed towards the bottom.
