I haven't had any issues. I also installed a copper heatsink under the stock ESD shield.
You should verify that the fan is operating properly, bc the cable can easily be damaged during disassembly/ reassembly.
From desktop mode you can run this command in Terminal to test the SSD;
sudo smartctl -t long -a /dev/nvme0n1
SMART stats without test;
sudo smartctl -a /dev/nvme0n1
You might have to set the sudo password, if you haven't already. Enter the default password first;
passwd
Note that your inputs won't show a dot or any characters when entering the password in Terminal.
How I can see the cable being cut?
During reassembly, ensure that the fan cable lays on the side of the board shield and isn't pinched underneath.
