How many use the undervolt feature of the steam0S 3.5 and what did you do to test the stability?
So I'm a bit late, as I've only saw it yesterday. Apparently you can now do undervolt directly from the bios without using other apps like smokeless, so I did yesterday. Was able to offset -50mv on all 3 and so far it's not crashing when gaming on AAA games that I have. Do I call this a win or are there other test I should be doing? I read that -50mv on cpu, gpu and soc are rare, so I'm wondering after the steamOS update, was everyone able to undervolt to -50mv or did I just got lucky?

I undervolt. I initially tested the stability by looping the Cyberpunk 2077 benchmark, then just using it as normal and if I saw it less stable than normal, I backed off the undervolt. I don't remember what settings I'm using but I think it's -40/-30/-30. It was stablish at 50/40/40, but still the occasional crash, so I backed it until it seemed good.

I got mine down to -50,-50,-50 but I was getting crashes in Spyro (No other game). I ended up setting it to -30,-30,-30 instead since I was wanting that stability. Sounds like you got really good hardware though OP.

I guess I got lucky then, I got -50/-50/-50. So far I've been playing hogwarts, FF7 remake, FF15 and AC Odyssey. I would have install rdr2, AC vahalla, Witcher 3 and resident evil to test, but I don't have space for them at the moment. The biggest win for me is how cool it runs now at the same settings I use to before.

My OLED LE pulls -50 across the board stable and has seen both CPU and GPU clocks boost a touch higher due to the lower thermals and slightly lower wattage for a given clock speed. Normal GPU speed in non-CPU demanding games is 1550-1600 without any manual core speed lock.

Edit: For context on Stable - I have been using it this way for multiple weeks without issue in any gaming conditions.

Lowering the SoC on my OLED more than -10 crashes the CP2077 benchmark or sometimes even fails to load the game. So im sitting at -50/-50/0.
