Dual booted Win11, but the text on external monitor at proper 1920x1080 resolution is bad in windows.

Seems to be awful washed out text fonts in different browsers in WIN11 external monitor using the APU Steam drivers at the proper 1920x1080 resolution of the monitor.
I seem to have better fonts in external monitor at the same resolution in this Steam desktop using same browsers(Brave), Of course, the browser is for Linux here, and different, but same named for Windows in the Win11 dual boot, Different browsers in windows like edge also show this kinda washed out font text.
