Revoke the api key (this should be empty) https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
AFTER you do all the steps, create a new ticket.
I just wanna know if automatic or real customer support person closing my initiated RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) steam support ticket did not affected my RMA Process.

It's been a while but I think that was the timing I saw as well. It seemed strange since you would think delivery would end the RMA.
