Steam Deck

Is this normal for closing my support ticket by person/automatic after initiating or shipping for the RMA process?
I don't know if my support ticket closed before shipping, but I've noticed my support ticket was closed after my steam deck arrived at somewhere for my RMA process.
Have you guys got your ticket(s) closed unexpected After shipping arrived or During shipping?

Tickets are usually closed after a week of inactivity.

Just make a new one and if it closes before you get a response, All steps...

Scan for malware. https://www.malwarebytes.com/ or with whatever.

Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Change your password on a secure device.

Generate new back up codes. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Revoke the api key (this should be empty) https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

AFTER you do all the steps, create a new ticket.

I'm sorry but why would I need this?
I just wanna know if automatic or real customer support person closing my initiated RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) steam support ticket did not affected my RMA Process.

But I've found someone asked the same question.

After Valve sent me the RMA info for my steam deck I closed the ticket myself and received my replacement just fine. After the RMA arrives at Valve you'll get an email telling you that they are preparing the new unit. Then they sent me a followup email with the shipping info so I never had to revisit my ticket to talk to the Valve rep if that was your concern. Usually support tickets are on a timer so if you or the manufacture don't post anything they automatically close to prevent backlogs from forming.

It's been a while but I think that was the timing I saw as well. It seemed strange since you would think delivery would end the RMA.
