External monitor - W11 - Suddenly stop displaying

Hello everyone,

I bought the Steam Deck LCD, I installed Windows 11, and everything was great. I played, browsed, everything worked: sound, graphics, controllers...

I used it with an external monitor via HDMI and was delighted.

BUT:
Suddenly, it stopped working.

It detects the monitor, I can configure it, but it doesn't display the image; it turns off, even though it still shows as connected.

I don't know what to do, I tried everything, but nothing works.

The worst part is that I know it works because I was playing and using the SteamDeck with that monitor without any issues, and it ALL HAPPENED SUDDENLY

Does it work on Steam OS?

Try displayport instead. Displayport should have all the same features as HDMI except DRM.

The connector should be more reliable than HDMI if it is a monitor. If your monitor is a TV, send your edid information to support etc.
