I can play all games on my SSD if I ejected/removed the SD card, so is there any way to fix my SD card without formatting it since it has a lot of games on it?
I can run games perfectly on SSD after ejecting the SD card.
Once you have ejected the SD card, you need to play one of the games that are installed on the SSD first. After that, turn off the Steam Deck and unplug the SD card. Next, reinsert the SD card and turn the Steam Deck back on.
All games can be played again. The issue has been resolved, and everything is back to normal now.
Tried to use Konsole command
sudo chown -R deck:deck /run/media/mmcblk0p1
It didn’t work
Is formatting the SD card will fix the issue?
Could you be specific how or where I find that? Do I have to be in Desktop Mode?
Hit your Steam button, go to Settings -> System. Scroll down to the bottom and you'll find "run storage device maintenance tasks".
Make your own thread next time. The command you use is fsck

Storage maintenance task may do the same thing as fsck. I do not exact much SD cards either way. Their flash is terrible.
