That’s what I use on both my lcd and oled. Lowest I’ve purchased it during Amazon Prime Days and Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales was $87, all direct from Amazon as seller. I’ve read users also using the 1.5tb Sandisk, don’t think they have a 2TB yet, or atleast I haven’t seen it advertised.
From my experience with Amazon as seller, yes. But still do a physical check of the back that you can see the circuits, and do a speed/write test when you receive it. I’ve ordered them from Amazon multiple times now, way before steam decks, used them for my family’s Nintendo Switch devices.
If you get a fake, which can happen as Amazon dumps all their products with third party sellers, Amazon will issue an exchange or refund. I’ve had bigger issues with Best Buy lately with returns, especially with ahole store managers, they’re the worse!
Amazon is okay, just be careful.

Here is an example of a good listing.

Here is an example of a fake listing.
First one is actually a Sandisk. The price is as you would expect for a card of that capacity.
The second one looks a bit like a Sandisk, but the price is a fraction of where it should be and the seller is "刘颖商贸有限公司". This is where people often go wrong. They think they're getting a good deal, but all they'll get is a headache.
Either direct from western digital, owner of sandisk or Best Buy if you don’t want to gamble on third party seller products being mixed into warehouse inventory.
Target doesn’t sell the extreme, but they do sell the Nintendo Switch Sandisk 1tb version, which I’ve also used on both my Nintendo Switch and steam deck lcd.
Supposedly yes. However, IIRC, there is only one "real" 2tb card on the market right now and I haven't seen anyone try it. I have the SanDisk Ultra 1.5tb card and it works just fine.
when it comes to any drives, you need to actually check the speeds to make sure they are as advertised. and more importantly you need to test the capacity by filling the card over half-way above the rated capacity (IE if you order a 1tb card you should fill it with ~520gb of files, then eject the card, re-insert it and check one of the first few files, one of the last few files, and 3 random ones inbetween to ensure they all open. (fake cards will still report as their full capacity, and often overwrite date repeatedly so it seems like they are saving all your files, until you go to retrieve them that is..)
