some say it has to do with your wifi or some dns stuff....
if that doesnt work either i can recommend you SGD boop... if you have non steam games added already, just without artwork, you can download sgdboops browser plugin and then select and choose your desired artwork for your nonsteam games with that...
otherwise i would be out of ideas aswell...
google just spews out it has to do with something on your wifi/connection end... if you can, maybe try a wired connection, or a hotspot from your phone for troubleshooting if you can rule the wifi out
In desktop go to network settings and set ipv6 to “disabled” then press “apply.” Then you must restart your Steam Deck - the new setting will not actually work until you restart. After that SRM should once again correctly download and save images. Go to desktop and try again, and hopefully all should be good.
