Steam Deck Keyboard Problem on Windows 11
I can't for the life of me find a way to disable the steam deck keyboard while on Windows 11, after installing the drivers that Steam provided for Windows 11. Yes, everything is up to date.

I am trying to play some games on RPCS3, and I need to hit "X" to accept an agreement, and it keeps on opening the keyboard, it happens in other games too. Does anyone know how to turn the keyboard off?

I'VE FOUND A FIX!
You need to install this tool, here is a link to the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=liijbvOvwuE&ab_channel=ShaneCraig

The link to the tool is in the description of his video.

Is this for the Steam Deck LCD models or the Steam Deck OLED models?

Steam Deck is its own OS (Steam OS) not sure how Windows 11 fits here. :/

Is there a specific forum for Steam Decks with Windows?

It is an LCD model.

No you are in the right place; Kage Goomba just doesn't know what they are talking about.

Do you have a screen shot of the keyboard? AFAIK there isn't a "Steam Deck" keyboard if you've wiped it and installed Windows 11. It is likely the Microsoft touch keyboard.

If you connect an external keyboard the hotkey to disable it, however, you might have accidentally "pinned" it or enabled it from the Windows Accessibility options.

I don't know how to upload images, or if you can, so here's an imgur link: https://imgur.com/a/VmiwYgD

If you don't care to look at it, it's the keyboard that would show up with Steam OS while in desktop mode, when you click the steam + X buttons. For me, however, it opens with a single click of x. I feel like it has something to do with the drivers I had installed, so I'll try to see if that is the problem. Earlier today, I downloaded the drivers that steam made specifically for the steam deck on Windows 11, and before I downloaded the drivers, the keyboard didn't show up. But everything else was jank, so, if you know of any drivers, let me know!

Thanks for your time!

I've found the fix, you need to download this controller tool: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=liijbvOvwuE&ab_channel=ShaneCraig
The link to the actual tool is in the video description.

I think it becomes a controller, with all of the controller bindings, therefore it won't open that pesky keyboard.

Thanks to everyone who spent time trying to help me, I truly appreciated the help!
