Didn't get my OLED limited edition keyboard?

I just got my LE OLED yesterday and the first thing I did is check for the exclusive new keyboard. Only problem is... I don't have it. Is it in the packaging or something? Where can I get my keyboard? It looked really cool when I googled what it looked like, but I don't know where to get it.

The keyboard is the digital points shop item you can redeem when you log into the Deck itself.

When you get your Deck, log into your account, tap or select your avatar in the top right corner of the screen (when using the Deck), it will show you on that page a button to redeem it.

Thank you. I had been logged in for a while but didn't realize that button was there because I had no reason to click my profile. I have it now. Very nice keyboard.

I am experiencing a similar issue. When I my LE OLED model came in, I immediately swapped out the SSD from my LCD model. I did not even know that the LE OLED model came with exclusive start-up movie and LE keyboard. Also I heard that there is a Steam Points bundle that is included as well.

There is no "steam points bundle". That is just referring to the profile bundle being discussed here. It contains all of the original bundle from the launch Steam Deck (LCD) 512GB model and in addition to that also has a neon red "OLED" keyboard skin and an "OLED" start up movie.

Yeah for some reason I am not seeing the option to redeem those items though. I am thinking that it probably has to do with me swapping out the SSD as soon as I got my new LE OLED model. I had a 2TB SSD in my old LCD model, and as soon as I got my new LE OLED model, I swapped out the 1TB SSD and put that SSD into the old LCD Steam Deck. Now I do not see the option to redeem the neon keyboard and start up movie.

I have to return my OLED for an RMA, assuming that I'm sent a replacement unit, will I be able to claim my OLED exclusive startup movie and keyboard a second time, given that the candy keyboard was tied to my LCD unit itself, meaning that by purchasing the OLED unit, I affectively lost it?

I am pretty sure the exclusive items are tied to your Steam account. So once you claim them they will follow you on any Steam deck you own.

Also I was able to claim my exclusive items by messaging Steam Support. I provided then my SD serial and they sent me the items. Twas easy.
