Fellow Canadian, did you received you LE steam deck oled

Bought one on my GF account at 1:49pm and it’s still stuck at packaged after 1 week. What is going on???

Well, technically, it hasn't been 1 week quite yet. It also said "Shipping 1-2 Weeks" and furthermore, when you go to your shipping details it tells you their distributor is experiencing delays....so do with that what you will.

I also got a Limited Edition deck, ordered to Montreal. I am also still waiting on it being shipped, stuck at "packaged item".

What's annoying is that my receipt lists the order time as EXACTLY 1pm PST. I literally bought it the second they became available so am a little confused as to how I've ended up in a queue behind a lot of other Canadian users.

Maybe shipping is more complicated to Quebec? Hard to say but it is frustrating to not get any official updated from Valve as part of the process, especially when I bought a special model at a higher price.

I assume the delay is because it's the LE version. Other Canucks got the standard OLED version it seems.

No, plenty of us non-LE day 1 purchasers from Canada are stuck on packaged with support refusing to provide any timeline.

I got mine last night. It was a bit of a nightmare because Valve did not provide me with a tracking number and I was unable to pick it up without one, but after a phone call by the clerk, they accepted the door delivery tag instead.
