What's annoying is that my receipt lists the order time as EXACTLY 1pm PST. I literally bought it the second they became available so am a little confused as to how I've ended up in a queue behind a lot of other Canadian users.
Maybe shipping is more complicated to Quebec? Hard to say but it is frustrating to not get any official updated from Valve as part of the process, especially when I bought a special model at a higher price.
No, plenty of us non-LE day 1 purchasers from Canada are stuck on packaged with support refusing to provide any timeline.
