Some game devs decide to publish a native Linux version of their game in parallel with the Windows one, they also separate saves by platform (yup, that's "fun").
Let's check that, are you playing the Linux version of this game or the Windows version? Your other PC runs Windows, I suppose.
You are going to have to manually copy the saved game over.
