I'd recommend returning the headset and getting one that is using a standard bluetooth 5.0 or newer. The SteamDeck already has a bluetooth connection built-in so you would just need to pair a bluetooth headset with your SteamDeck and it would work.
Not that I could find on their website; and given they don't list any mention of linux support or have any driver downloads for the headset I'd doubt you'd be able to get them working on Steam Deck (or other Linux system). But any standard bluetooth 5.0+ headset should work without issue on SteamDeck.
