UPS lost my steam deck
So I ordered a new deck on the 19th. It was suppose to be delivered by UPS this last Friday the 24th. On the tracking its been showing processing through a UPS facility since 5am that same day ,and hasn't changed. I think it was stolen by some worker there at the facility. I reported it lost yesterday to ups ,and valve. We shall see what happens.

The deck blatantly says Steamdeck and Valve on the shipping box iirc. Hope it didn't get spotted and nabbed

My deck didn't ship like that (in US), it was in a plain box with nothing but a shipping label... I think I've had it about 8 or 9 months now...

Mine was a really neatly folded and compact box with aperture logos on it but it was a plain brown color and the label did say Valve on it. I'd double check but I threw it away recently after about a year

Im thinking it got nabed at the local processing facility. On the tracking it hasnt moved since the 24th. Last scan was that day when it arrived there ,and went for processing.

It could honestly just be stuck too. There's been a lot of storms, flooding, snow, and tornado's, and some landslides this month.

Thats true. Thats what the valve guy told me to. The thing is its in las vegas ,and thats the city it needs to be delivered in. So who knows lol.

Well valve just shipped me another one since ups couldn't find the original package. Should hopefully arrive this saturday. Valve has been great through out this whole process.

Fingers crossed you randomly get two. The deck is awesome man. If you ever have issues I promise you someone here has solved it, and steam support isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

That would be awesome to get two of them. Ive heard nothing but good things about steam deck. Im execited to finally get the shipment. Yeah with how well its sold I dont see steam dropping support for it at all.

I just received my deck. Came in no problem this time. Kudos to valve great customer service.

did you have to arm wrestle them about getting another one sent out? did they rush shipping? I'm seeing others comment that they had to go back and forth and it was a long drawn out process. seeing so much out there i'm wondering if i'm even going to get a deck in my hands before christmas. :(

When did you order it? This whole week is gonna be really tough on shipping. A lot of people got Wednesday off for thanksgiving and they weren't shipping stuff on Thursday. Tons of people made orders online for black Friday also
