CEMU launches in small window instead of fullscreen when docked

I use CEMU 2.0-25 on my steam deck. All of a sudden when I launch CEMU it opens fullscreen for a split second then minimizes to a small window centered on the tv screen. Ive tried everything to get it to launch fullscreen, it won't. -fullscreen launch option does nothing, using a keyboard, ctrl enter or anything never maximizes the screen. The mouse pointer is "stuck" inside the window, but you can force it out, never to go back in...
It launched fullscreen last time I used it, now it won't. I didn't change anything, my deck is ALWAYS offline and never updated(once I have everything working I want).
