What is the white powder on the Charger?

I have bought two Steam Deck and they all have some white powder on the Charger. What is this white powder? Is it safe?I bought it for my kids, I am worried it is unsafe for them.
I had cleaned it after I found it, but Im still worried.

About this white powder. I found other people have the same problem, and I got the picture from them. This is some kind of white thing, I think powder might be a wrong word to describe it. It is more like face powder used in cosmetics and it is applied on the surface of the charger. I guess it might be some kind of preservative. I'd better wait for a steam support's reply.

I wouldn't start snorting it... but it's probably left over from the Mfg process or sometimes a preservative of some sort...

I never had anything like that on my charger. You should contact steam support. Did you take pictures of the substance? You could've sent it to support to identify it.
