Kinda the same as me. Too bad and i feel sad for you about this problem, hope you can get a repair or replacement (if it is any comfort im about to turn in my desktop for warrantry repair, and that kinda feels like a risk given the terms of the contract with the repair shop so). But, as i heard Valve is very generous with faulty Steam Decks.
Tried connecting it to a monitor, but no luck.

After letting it run for a LONG time (~40 minutes) it actually booted. This seems to happen on every cold boot; probably an issue with the BIOS:

Valve ended up sending me a replacement unit, but if I remember right that first unit I had left overnight running at least once without it booting.
Either way, the same thing just happened to my replacement unit. I've requested a full refund at this point. Both issues seem, anecdotally, related to the battery. This second time I put it in suspend mode after getting the 10% battery warning.
the same thing just happened to me, except I left mine plugged in to update overnight
