UPS shipping now?
I've ordered a 2nd deck. (Wife claimed the first one for herself.) It's shipped, and I noticed it's shipping via UPS. Of course my first one arrived via FedEx and there were a lot of complaints about Decks getting stolen or mysteriously disappearing. Did Valve listen and switch the shipping company? My local UPS delivery guys have always been much better and nicer than the FedEx guys. UPS always brings my packages to the door and tries to put them someplace sheltered and hidden. The FedEx guy just chucked my Deck over the fence and drove off.

They may have just decided to use both carriers to deal with the increase or FedEx was charging more than UPS and they decided to switch.

I know it may be a regional thing but it has been my experience in both the professional and home delivery space that UPS is far more reliable and courteous (overall)

maybe it is something about driving the brown trucks that everyone loves and all the kids wave at vs driving a less-cool-than-the-USPS' mail truck.

In that case, it sounds like they're using both now to spread the load out a bit.

Ups just lost my steam deck it seems. It was suppose to be delivered this passed friday. Its been stuck at processing at a ups facility since last friday at 5am. I just submitted a lost package claim today.

Mine arrived today. Of course the SSD and SD card I ordered from Amazon is late. Hopefully they get here tomorrow.
