Controller Support Driver (Windows 11)
This Guide Discusses How To Get Steam Deck Controllers To Work On Windows 11 for Xbox Game Pass Pc, Epic Games, EA Games, etc…. I’m only posting this, because not everyone knows this.

This is a official way but seems to be the best way to get controller support. Also keep in mind that windows is experimental on the steam deck. Technically windows isn’t designed to run on the steam deck. Now before anyone comments saying SteamOs Is better… it simply doesn’t run every single game. Minecraft, call of duty and many other games requires windows to operate. Any the benefit is that unsupported games will run better because it’s not relying on protons.

Instructions:
1, First you need to download glossi
https://github.com/Alia5/GlosSI

2, Run As Administrator When installing the exe.

3, Follow the installation instructions

4, Once at the main screen after installation, it’s going to ask you to pick a program. Always choose notepad. Notepad uses very little task when running. So it’s the best choice.

5, Select the three dots to open a program

6, To find notepad path is here - Notepad.exe is located in the C:\Windows\System32/notepad.exe

7, After selection click save steam, or add to steam.

8, you will be prompted to restart Steam, and the application should be there called notepad. Favorite it so you don’t lose it.

9, launch notepad through Steam, and it should map the Xbox 360 controller layout to your controllers, and now you can open whatever game you wish to play.

There’s Also A More Detailed Guide On The Link Above. It Also Explains How The Controls Operates For Those Who Want To Remap The Buttons And Triggers.

Please remember it is a little bit buggy. So sometimes it may take a couple of launches for it to recognizes the controllers

Yes, it does.
Funny enough, this project was called GloSC (Global Steam Controller).
Later renamed to GloSI (Global Steam Input).
