Batman Arkham Asylum seems to work, I read reports that "upstream" versions back in 2022 were compatible. Though, I don't have confirmation that compatibility has made it to a stable version such as "Proton 7.0-6". One may still need to switch to "Proton Experimental".
Batman Arkham City GOTY is listed as working in the Steam store.
Batman Arkham Knight seems to run, ProtonDB reports that Arkham Knight is a title that suffers from "Shader Stutter",...
Batman Arkham Origins is a game I started playing on my Steam Deck. I only noticed one graphical glitch where Killer Croc would become invisible. Frame rates seem to dip from time to time. I don't remember what I did, probably switched to "Proton Experimental", but my Deck is currently set to 7.0-6 so ??? It may have been a game that needs an uncapped frame rate to run well.
I did get a random error about DirectX missing from time to time, but it eventually went away as well.
So turn off VSync, uncap the frame limiter, and ignore DirectX crash to desktop errors.
& Steam was entirely Free on there, too
Why did you waste your money again on the Deck??
Arkham Asylem is the best of the Series: Because
How Great It Looked & Stable It Was To Play...
Arkahm Origins, Looks terrible, but plays really Stable,
but not as good as Asylem...
Arkham City is the most favorite for City Roaming, but
I don't know how well it's Stable, & didn't like the changes myself...
Arkham Knight, studdered on all Platforms over the rain issues
with probably shader issues, like you said... Nothing New...
Just thought i'd help ya out here:
Keep this in mind, before getting them on the Deck,
that even on Computers, this was how they played,
but on the Deck, you might have worst conditions,
depending on how the Deck's Hardware fairs...
My Point Being: 1st Test out Arkham Asylem / Arkham Origins,
see how they do on the STEAM Deck before trying the others??
Go away troll.
Well, welcome aboard. Let us know what you think.
ProtonDB is basically the "upstream" community where Steam Deck compatibility is being worked on. There are a lot of people putting in effort to get their games to work.
but once you have it installed it played flawlessly at max settings
