Blackscreen and force reboot

Hello guys,

I get an strange issue. When using the deck for a while and switching to desktop I get a black screen, I can feel input when using the trackpads, but nothing happens. This leads to forcing a hard reboot.

Okay, I thought, rebooting the system and then going into the OS might fix the problem. today, I did exactly that, and got the crash as mentioned above.

It's a bit worrying, everything works as intented when rebooting, but still...

Is this known issue, and can I do something about it?

It's a quite new deck, I have it for about two months, and despite that, no problems.

Edit: I have a suspicion but I am not sure. Could it be, that external launchers like Rockstar and Uplay cause this problem? That it might block the system from closing?

Try pressing the Windows key and CTRL and SHIFT and B.

It resets your graphics driver. And usually works. Usually.
