I gave different proton versions another try. I Found one called
"proton hotfix" at the end of the list, downloaded it, started Eldenring and played 1 minute until it crashed again. Then I did a reboot via steam menu. After the system started again I went into offline Mode and tried Proton 7.0-6 and didn't had a crash for like 40 minutes.
Update: After going online again it seems fine now and even after another hour of play time theres no crash yet.
Maybe this could help.
I'm going to try reinstalling it, then I'll update if that works, because maybe it's just a one app problem.
On my site everything is fine now :/
One thing that I also did was installing CryoUtilies with the recommended settings. - forgot to add that.
I haven't actually seen it before either, so maybe that's my problem

I think I know *why* it went to a black screen
Sometimes when it does that it opens up the lockscreen, so my theory is that it tries to lock the device for some reason while it's in use, and so the screen goes black since it thinks you're hacking your way past the lockscreen. But that doesn't explain how I fixed it considering that I never turned off my steam deck's passcode
