How do I install bepinex on my steamdeck? Can someone help me please?

The easiest thing to do would be to install them on a Windows PC, and then copy the files over.

Steam Deck is a PC.

Either way, looks like you need to install this "bepinex" thing into the same Proton prefix as the game you'd like to use it with. Then you should be able to run the game with the following launch options:
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="winhttp.dll=n,b" %command%
